Tie Your Own Belt

The diagram below shows the correct way to tie your belt. When finished both ends of the belt are the same length and hang downward. Once the knot is tightened, your belt will not come undone until you untie it. This is not a belt to hold up your pants but rather a symbol of your achievements and therefore is worn loosely about the hips, hanging in front.
